we will see.  they will be sent to a federal prison upon conviction.

not federal prison since it is a DC law, not a federal law.  will be a DC prison which is about as rough as it gets

DC doesnt have a prison.  we have Central lock-up for about 100 inmates and several boutique type holding locations for celebrities.  i know a little about DC law.  since we are a District and not a state our chief prosecutor is from the USDOJ...upon conviction they will be serve time in a Federal Prison.

i see people about to kill each others in the local walmart over some stupid cereal boxes or because someone walked too close to someone else, so it doesnt surprise me. People are getting more and more frustrated, while being endoctrinated by TV 24/7 to "express" "release" their "feelings". They are more and more superificial too. They dont know what matters and what doesnt anymore. They can risk everything for the stupidest reasons.
Our ill occidental societies produce violent people. More and more people, and more and more Violent people ready to kill just because they didnt get what they want or cannot adopt a mature, adult behavior especially when they lack a father figure. These individuals think that their father is the fake thug they see on TV and think that's a good idea to act like this "model" in real life, and they adopt his/her attitude. Not only kids or teens act like that, i see people in their 30s or 40s acting the same way. You have people who spend their whole life acting like insecure teens. And their number is growing.
