LoL yes I always make it a habit to stop in and see my surgeon before getting on an airplane or attending a wedding.   ::)

What a fucking joke. God forbid they stop (over) eating and start moving a bit more (you know, actually walking to places, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or even something like parking a bit further than they'd like to).  ::)

Exactly. No self respect. No dignity. No pride. How does this happen? I've said this a hundred times....

Did they not realize there was a problem, when they hit 300lbs? How about 400lbs? Then maybe at 500lbs? Oh now, perhaps 600lbs is the last straw..... ::)
