This bill is incomplete, costly, and doesn't address many issues, including cost containment, overall malpractice reform and problems with primary care.
Items in the bill including: health care portability, elimination of refusing medical coverage on the basis of pre-existing conditions, and pooling of insurance to lower costs are all good ideas in the bill...but this could be passed as laws without spending a dime.
