I've been having granola with probiotic vanilla yogurt. Sadly, fat fucks are ruining things for everyone and I rarely find yogurt that isn't lite or fat free.
i much prefer fat free yogurt. i wont touch any milk product that isnt fat free. oh and yogurt by definition is a pro biotic.
Why is that? Not that it matters to me, as far as taste goes I'm ok with anything from milk to nonfat.
you answered your own question. to me, skim milk taste just fine, as good if not beter than 1%, 2%, full fat... so why the fguck would i ever choose anything but the fat free version?? LOL.. i eat junk whenever i want to, and i eat a hell of alot of food, but i never understood consuming calories when you dont have to and dont want to. its like with soda's. why the fuck would anyone EVER choose a regular soda? to me personally, there are so many bomb ass diet sodas out there, and i dont think the sugar in the regular soda makes it taste any better at all!!! so why the fuck would i ever choose the higher calorie option? im not TRYING to get fat...
for many people drinking more fat milk is easy way to get in more calories and milk contains protein which regular soda doesnt so comparison isnt correct i also drink low fat milk but gaining fat has to do with overall caloric intake
