not many do it better...
they dont even hit a side chest like that anymore,,,, nowadays its like a half-a$$ side chest/most muscular hybrid... basically its because no one really has that great a chest so they have to push the far pec in to make it seem like it "pops out" more than it does.

actually have to have a chest to hit the pose like that... none of that side mm twist crunch down today stuff,,, not knocking anything,,, but like arnold said,
"if you don't have it, don't hit it."
some physiques are just timeless
