i've never used flax or soy but i've been doing the "olive oil thing" for a while now and, not to be a arrogant prick but, the proof is in the pudding so to say

plus, to doesn't have that taste that flax has and can be bought just about anywhere.

actually, i started doing olive oil cuz i was too lazy to cook my complex carbs so i needed to look elsewhere for a good "energy source"
then i read about the anabolic diet and how to use good fats as a energy source
