i have read abit training theory but not sure i agree (or understand everything lol). i read on a site that studies say 2 times per week is best..but i dont understand how to do that anymore, i need to wait maybe 4-5 days before i can train a muscle again...how can i train a muscle group twice a week? personally i think its only possible if you are newbie? only way i can train a muscle twice week is if i go light ..i tried it and nothing happened?
