Supposedly, anyone over 16 is suppose to file locally?  I'm 22 and I've never filed?

WTF?  How does this stuff work?  Should I file?

Do you work?  If you earn income on the books you have to file. 

If your income is under a certain amount, I think 4,000 or something like, than I dont think you have to file Federally, but I dont know about the state.   

Call up H&R Block and see what they tell you.

Yeah I've been working forever, have all the W-2's from the years.  If these local fuckers are deducting so much from my checks every two weeks, and I'm not eligible for any kind of refund than why do I have to file?   ???  >:(  ::)

Because its required by law, even if you dont owe anything.  Shit bro - you may have been due refunds you never collected.
