the only thing he was on ..was creatine. He just lost the water bloat/retention over months.
ive took creatine many times on and off, this is the longest time without creatine,
i dont like creatine for its muscle cramping effects and the fact that its still unknown of its long term effects, but its probably safe since the body likes to use calcium salts for energy
creatine always has helped me get a little tighter than normal but overally still isnt the key thats why i feel like i dont need it
the key for me is just being consistent with reps day in and day out and not to smoke weed before training i have to do 300 reps a day to look decent and 500 reps a day to look superb every day off is a day i get less inshape
