You can't bring a water bottle with you to work? I used to do slave labor at a rock quarry tossing huge boulders with nary a second to whip the snot from my nose. But I did take the time to drink plenty of water. Your employer can't deny you shit. If they do, fuck them up.

As a Marine in the field I stayed hydrated. Their is no excuse not to stay hydrated. If you cant seem to stay hydrated in the civilian world, I certainly hope your not using AAS.
