hes slamming the weights for no reason at all,

Jay loves to point his finger...in the first scene with HS Inclines, he must have pointed his finger at least 5-6 times as to say "Look here, this is the important part."

Later, at the end of the clip he points to Bryan/Ryan/whoever, and doesn't put his finger/arm down until the clip starts to fade.

Interesting video - I trained chest today and I should have wathced this beforehand for a bit of inspiration - he does a very short range of motion on his pressing movements though. Would be interesting to try it that way to see if it's beneficial.
