I like all this ballshit about not training for a few months supposedly making you look like shit. My father in his mid 60's, lifetime natty, years since he last trained, shitty diet, and still has 90% of his size. Sev has shitty genetics and only looks like he has trained a few years moderate when heavy dosing.
