I remember the first race at the Speedway.  I didn't want to go cause I thought it would be just to crazy.  We had a helicopter and everything ready to put us down right at the entrance.  My uncle and the owner of the Orleans Michael Gaughn and I think Chuck went along with the wives.  My uncle told me they still had to walk several hundred yards.  I kind of wish I went.  The traffic jam was historic.  There was only one way in so it was a nightmare.  The helicopter was the perfect answer.
