end up looking like you dont even lift if you have cloths on, getting weaker, smaller, all this for abs,veins and striations but half the size lol. just did it and now I say, hello permabulking
HAHA. It's all in your head. I know what you mean. You go from being all full and pumped and all of a sudden your shirts are a little loose, you don't look as jacked, you feel a little more tired from the diet. You look better but your mind is messing with you.
yea as a natural you have to choose between: ripped/small size, lean/moderate size, some love handle/bigger size. I choosed the latter
