The USA is one of the only countries i've been to where drinks like that are legal. In most countries they are banned because they are so unhealthy and the chemicals in them are outlawed.

The USA will let the people take any shit into their bodies though, as long as someone is making money off it. They just let companies put any shit into the food and drinks. It's fucked up.

The problem with the United States is that there is way to much regulation as it is.  Adults have the capacity to decide for themselves what they should consume.  WHAT THE FUCK IS SO WRONG WITH FREEDOM?

I agree with this. I am all about legalizing drugs and personal freedom.

The problem is that the USA allows a lot of worthless, disease causing chemicals to be put into the food. The problem is that there is shit in the food that is bad for you that does not do a damn bit of good. When you buy most food itemms or drinks there is shit in it that is banned in other countries because is is toxic, and it doesn't give you energy or anything, it's just garbage.

Other countries have decided to restrict these chemicals for public health reasons, but in the US, since giving big business what it wants is the name of the game, they let it go by.

But i'm all about legalizing drugs. Compared to lots of other places the drug laws in the USA are already incredibly lax though. Where i'm at right now you cannot get steroids or weed or anything. Getting a bag of weed here is like getting a rocket launcher in the US.

I see what you're saying, but I still believe it should be up to the consumer.  I don't buy anything with NutraSweet, or most other unnatural chemicals/preservatives but by all means sell the hell out of this shit.  If someone isn't smart enough to just read the label they get what's coming to them.

Same with cigarettes, guns, etc...

How about just doing a little research yourself before making a purchase?  ???

Why shouldn't we have the right to profit off fools?

There is shit in there that is not listed.

A few years back the FDA passed a law saying that if the amount of an ingredient per serving goes below a certain amount, like one gram per serving I think, that they don't even have to list it on the ingrediants list.

And some food companies just cut the serving sizes in half, even though it's the exact same food. So there could actually be like a gram and a half of some shit in there per serving, and it's not listed.

The ingrediants lists don't tell the whole story.

I read something about that, and I think that is wrong, although I'm still not a fan of regulation.

Like saying 0 trans fat because there is like .5g... that is fucked up...
