so you only 10 sets of bench press and head for the showers??
did i say that? but yeah, there is no need for more than 2 exercises for chest during a workout. one flat and one incline movement ..and you don't even have to do the two in the same workout.
as for training volume...10 sets is right at the limit of too much...(at least for a natural)...4-8 sets is a good range for most people.
the chest workout he is doing is the usually bodybuilding bs routine...wasting his time doing excessive volume (drug use lets him get away with it tho) and alot of unecessary exercises.
the training is mindless. this grandma seems to like to make up a bunch of useless vodoo exercises. maybe inspired by milos?
