What ever happened to Mike Platz? He was a big poster boy in the 1990s

I know someone that knows him very well. Mike gave him his pro card to hold onto $:-\$ . My friend showed it to me. Mike got into hard partying and quit working out altogether.

I thought Platz a degree or a decent job or something and that after he won his pro card, he decided to hang it up. I don't think he's a junkie.

Maybe not now but a couple years ago he was in fact into hard partying
