True dat! But the thing is dat most "experts" on da juice state dat it effects da arms and delts much more than da back and pecs, coz supposedly there is more receptor sites in da arms and delts 
But, a lot of dudes in the 70s had big arms and chest---pretty much what they trained the most.
I think it's also what you train and how you train it. For instance Led Priest, doesn't have T-Rex arms, but he has a very, very weak chest compared to his arms and delts. I think his tris take over when he does chest work, so it ends up being a triceps exercise, with the chest being worked.
Some of these guys couldn't buya pair of arms, there is no helping them.
