Were Illegal Aliens included in the CBO scoring for ObamaCare?

Does anyone know if the number of 30 Million people covered under ObamaCare includes illegal aliens? 

My question is going to the fact that if they were not - wont that explode the deficit beyond anything we can imagine and make the CBO number completely bogus if illegals are granted amnesty and entitled to sign up for ObamaCare?

This is an important point.  If Obama will be pushing a path to citizenship for all illegals (which I believe is coming and couldn't be stopped right now), the vast majority of them would be elligible for medicaid or large taxpayer subsidies for healthcare.  I don't believe this drain on the system was anticipated and certainly was not in the CBO numbers.  As all other gov entitlement programs, we will find that they used creative #s to be able to proclaim savings.  This program will cost much more than the CBO predicted using the administrations numbers with uber optimistic projections and assumptions.

The local paper here is reporting on the chicken issue. The local mexicans all have chickens in their yards... even downtown. Regular people are getting pissed about them shitting and crowing at 4am... as well as certian 'minorities' butchering them basically on the sidewalk. We also have fighting rooster factories in suburban neighborhoods. (Good 'ol section 8 housing).

I like chickens, but these people want to turn anyplace they live into the third-world.
