Air France introduces 'fat tax'

Air France has begun charging obese passengers an extra fee to take up two seats on its planes.

The move has outraged some people accusing the airline of imposing a "fat tax", but Air France says it will mean larger passengers can travel in comfort and safety.

In the last year and a half I have climbed onto a plane 37 times
A few times in cattle class I have ended up next to a fat person whose flabby arms are taking up my side.
They seem thick skinned to what they are doing and touchy to any one talking to them.
And heaven forbid they are sitting in the isle seat and you need to go for a pee.

If they are to big for one seat that is cool but they cant have half my space especially if it is a 6-7 hour flight.
Oh I take industrial ear plugs especially for screaming babies

well unlike you...I have European genetics, that means i have to diet after a few weeks of bulking or else i get fat..
