I just don't get how there are people that are gazillionaires and still deal with work day in/day out.  Fuck that.  If I even had a few million I'd quit and move there and relax until I die.  Why deal with the daily grind when you are super rich.

This is where I used to post to Getbig.  I would spend about 4 to 6 hours in the pool working.  Life was good.  I'll be back later this year.

Are you moving back, or just visiting?

Moving back.  I'll keep my place here but I miss Hawaii and will be on Oahu.  I can do what I am doing here and be closer to my daughter and grandkids and be near the ocean.  I'll come back to Vegas once a month or so.  I love it here too.  Just need the Hawaiian atmosphere.

Man, I have never been to Europe.  Had a one month trip planned and paid for back in 03 I think (the summer after 9-11).  My daughters soccer team had a one 3 week soccer tour through Europe so me and her mom of course had to go so I paid for everyone to go.  It was cheap.  It was like $1800 for each of us and included the hotels and air and all other transportation.  I was going to spend an extra week there cause I know some people there.  Anyway, you mention Tuscany and Capri and they were two places I planned to visit.  Also, Mykonos cause I almost moved there with an ex and everytime I see photos of that place I regret not going.  So soon I need to do that so I can mark it off my "Bucket List"

Stella, believe it or not but I almost bought one of those bungalows a sort while back. My company was selling beach-front and over-the-water 'huts' in one of the Tahitian lagoons and the water ones included a glass floor and a small "chute" so your could watch as you fed the fish.

Each one bedroom hut included all the modern conveniences plus a small outrigger so you could get to the 'market' without the need to walk along the beach.

And at that time they were offered for less than $40,000 each ... Way less if I recall correctly!

But within a couple of days some major publication company bought them all up and only left a few of the less preferred huts available ... not on the beach, not on the water, but only a few yards away, so no one in the office made an offer.

And I don't regret it in the least because such a life style does get boring after a couple of weeks anyway.

This 2nd shot shows where I used to live. I spent many a day picnicking on that sand bar and swimming with some dolphins and many colorful tropical fish, but doing the same-o same-o everyday gets to be too damn routine and eventually very boring.
