Stanley Cup or Gold Medal?

3 LA Kings really p'd me off when asked that question. All three were stuck on deciding and 2 said they'd prefer the Gold Medal. WTF!!!!   This is why I hate the Olympics ...they are interrupting my Stanley Cup Dreams!!!!!

Detroit would not have to give the Kings hardly "Jack" to get Mr. Johnson because your GM cannot stand Johnson.

There is more than Jack on this team.   Quick is arguably the best goalie in the league. And Simmonds is unarguable the 2nd best Wayne to ever play for the Kings.

You cannot compare the two. The Kings have not been relevant since Barry Melrose was coaching.

They ARE the real deal this season. Quick is the main reason. Most of there losses have come from the other goalie (Ersberg).    For sure the Lakers won't be lonely at Staples this May...and maybe June.

they argue that the olympics promotes their league, usz vs canada was on msnbc (which is channel 183 for me) while curling was on nbc

I agree no PROS should be in the GAMES. Nothockey, basketball, or tennis.  As for curling?   Pu leeeeez   Did you catch HBO's Real Sports?

dude curlings pretty sick, not to watch but to play.  its like golf good for old people to go out and do something because it's easy and relaxing to play like golf.
