Why diets never work and bodybuilding is an illusion
« on: April 28, 2010, 10:54:15 AM »
This is very simple. The premise we start with is the basic rule by which this physical reality abides. The exterior is a reflection of the interior. Meaning that the physical body, as well as what you call "your life", are a reflection of the mind patterns of your soul personality.

When someone gains weight, the mind pattern is a "need to insulate" from the outside world or from circumstances in your life. Also victims of sexual abuse insulate and get fat to make themselves "undesirable" to potential abusers.

When you diet, you force your body to adjust. But we kow you cannot do that forever. Sooner or later, you'll get back to your own self. What you eat is theoretically insignificant as the body can ue what it needs and waste the rest. We have seen a plethora of things to make ourselvs look "better" : steroids, hormones, fatburners, diet, etc.. it's all temporary. Your body will go back to an exact reflection of the inside as soon as you stop.

Eating good organic whole foods, drinking distilled water, and suplementing with healthy supps is a must for a health conscious person. Lifting weights is healthy, and also low impact cardio.

So for those with weight problems : what exactly are you trying to insulate from now or in your past ?

I did ... the shallow guy has a mind pattern of prosperity so that reflects in his life by having money and the hottest bitches. Yours is "low self worth" so you are not swimming in money and you feel you "are not worthy" of those hotties . And they do "feel " that trust me

spermastase, read some books and start some studies , your childish attempts at re-inventing the wheel are quite pathetic, especially at your age.

You re just uneducated and dumb, has nothing to do with being a misunderstood genius.

I'm currently writing a book. I know what I know and that's that. I cannot be offended by what you say because it's coming from you. It's like getting mad at a paraplegic cause he's not passing the ball

That's true. The only difference between me and some other guys that are disgustingly worse are how we feel about ourselves. Chicks do feel that, your right.

The diet advice is bullshit though.

wrong .. human body was designed for distilled only

it's a flush and a cleanser primarily...it's not food .. you have food for minerals and vitamins... not water ..

it has a neutral ph so anything  will "cling" to that molecule and get flushed out
