So I'll be in New Haven tomorrow and looking to catch a pump. Any suggestions other than "Google" or "Gold's Gym" from the GetBig crowd?

Gold's in New Haven is your best bet, it's a great gym, other than Gold's there are a ton of Planet Fitness gyms around the NH area.

The Gold's in New Haven was hands down the best Gold's I've ever been to. It had a great atmosphere/gym feel. Not that corporate yuppie gym feel like the weak ass Gold's in NOVA.

I agree. I drive 40 min each way once a month just to go there on a friday or saturday..Good to get the energy from there

not much Mr. its all highway. Hell I used to commute to milford, CT from my house and that was 60 miles each way with no traffic

Saturday's I have never hit traffic going 95 S to New Haven. Fridays I usually go around 11am or so..Now when I commuted from here in Mystic to Milford..BRUTAL traffic

It's between Gold's New Haven and Bev and Steve's Powerhouse Gym in Syosset, NY.

I gotta say my 3 favorites in the tri state area in order..Strong and Shapely in E. Rutherford (im partial because trained there for 3 years), Bevs then Golds but that is just me
