You guys really are clueless on the law and how things work.  If you want to talk about some mythical peaceful person in line with his kid gwetting ice cream being singles out in a line, fine, engage in your nonsense, however, that is not how law enforcement and the law works. 

A perfect example is this: 

A cop sees a drug deal going doing on the street.  He now has probable cause to arrest the suspects for drug dealing.  In the course of his investigation, he realizes the suspect is probably here illegally based on articulable facts and proceeds to investigate that crime.  This might mean any number of factors such as conflicting data, stolen id, phone DL, cant speak English, prior rap sheet, etc.  From there the cop now has reasonable suspicion to investigate the crime of being here ILLEGALLY, and can proceed to send the guy to ICE for deportation. 

Race alone is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED from being the only factor and is NEVER enough to justify the initiation of police action.  Any case would get thrown out if the cop had no other reason to initiate police action.   

How hard is this for you guys to grasp?  Geez.

No Ron, we have answered that repeatedly.  They can not legally ask you for you legal status just because you are a passenger or if you are walking down the street.  We all agree that this law walks a very thin line, but it is no different than federal law that is being ignored at the moment.

The bottom line is that you have no right to be here illegally.  If you are committing a crime or come into contact with law enforcement in a legal manner, i.e. traffic stop, arrest, etc, and it is found out that your illegal by virtue of your conduct or otherwise, than tough shit, out of here. 

One of my best friends in a NARC detective and tells me DAILY of the illegals and what they get away with because ICE wont do its job.  Even though he knows they are illegal, he is instructed not to do shit about it and thus has to keep arresting the same illegals over and over and over who a like locusts on the streets in terms of gang banging, drug dealing, etc.
