Real likeable guy. Like him more than Jay, Jay seems cool as shit but very dull. Heath has more personality and LOOKS like a guy that people might want to look like, a dude that can inspire people to workout you know? Two thumbs up.

What I couldn't see in this video, which is a nice one btw, he seems a pretty sane builder, is what someone like that needs most, but is not something sexy to show off: good health care insurance.

i'd ? if he had 3-4 cars.  one is ok with some rims for 29 yr old to get his kid on.  as far as phil goes...all i see is a guy who is mimicking jay his idol.  i see phil situation in 10 yrs something like a smaller jay.  guy has his CS degree DU (top school) and said he go back n finish his masters.

I say Phil has the Flex Wheeler Syndrome in that he doesn't believe in just all out hunger. Too buddy buddy with Jay. I'd be like this "Jay you're my boy and all, but I'm taking the title from your ass, whther you like it or not". Thus, creating a fire under Jay's ass as well.What he states in the PBW thread shows it...Not believing one's self...I don't think he's like Flex in the other respect...
