Arnold is proposing in his new state budget to do away with the welfare program entirly!! Its about time, maybe this will not allure so many illegals here if they know they will not be givin handouts. And it will make people who want to have houses and food and things like that get a job. Not just sit around, make babies and wait on that gov. check. I hope it passes, and the rest of the country follows, although I am sure some groups will see it as racism....
