So where is the school that teaches you how to judge? ???
How long is it?  What does it entail?

Or is as simple as reading what the NPC and IFBB are looking for in their handbooks?

In addition, can someone explain how the scoring system works on the pro-level?  I know the lower the better but all we end up seeing is the final score sheet with 5555 across the sheet for 1st place and 10 10 10 10 for second place with no explanation how they came to those numbers.

I don't think in the history of the IFBB it has ever been explained in detail with the exception of that half ass attempt on PBW by Jim Rockel (I think it was he) saying the top and bottom scores are thrown out.

I know none that truly knows how the scoring system truly works...Someone in the know please enlighten us all.

5 first place votes = 1+1+ 1+1+1 = 5 total score and the winner ...I can go into detail if you want

In most state level NPC shows , you have 7 judges. Each judges places the contestant from 1st to last.
1st = 1 pt, 2nd = 2 pt, 3rd = 3 pts, etc. The higest and lowest placements are tossed out and the middle 5 are added up, lowest score wins. For example, let is say a contestant was given the following placements by the 7 judges

1st,   2nd, 2nd ,  3rd , 2nd, 1st, 2nd, 2nd

a 1st is the highest and one would be thorn out
the 3rd is the lowest and would be tossed out
4 x 2nd = 8 pts plus 1 first for 1 pt which = 9 pts*

another in the class could be placed as follows:

2nd, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 1st, 2nd, 1st, 1st
; one 2nd and one 1st would be kicked out this would leave a score of 4 x 1st = 4 pts plus 1 2nd , 2 pt = 6 pts final score.

No pts are given for body parts or poses, the pts are based only on the OVERALL placement of each contestant from each judge

I'll let you in on a little secret for the judges table. A lot of the judging happens when you are just standing next to eachother on stage , semi flexed. The first few minutes determines most of the placements. It is only when it is close that a contestant can move up or down a place or 2 when compared.
Sooooo, the momment you hit the stage stay flexed and tight.
