i'm not limber enough for capoeira, took zumba classes with a colombian friend when i was in CO for 2 yrs. there was a good cap school in colorado springs.  the guy n his girl were bahians who are the best to me.

when i was in mangueira...the schools practiced on roof tops.  also...there were girls as young as 12-13 manhandling boys 50lbs heavier than them in jj.   

where the hell is my man...gracie?  the ipad came out, and he went ape s##t n disappeared.

Ive been wanting to do cap for a while, two yrs ago I was about to join a school outside DC, but I transferred to another location. All the places that offered classes were 30-45 minutes away on a weekend, weekdays DC traffic would make that 1 hr, no way in hell am I gonna do that. Finally there is a dude in Annapolis, less than a 5 minute WALK from me who is offering beginner classes on Mondays and Weds 6-7pm...

I keep saying "Im goin to da gym", I haven't been to a gym in 6 months and haven't done any steady workout in 3 months (got barbells and weight in the apt). I think the cap is better for me anyway...

Anyone who believes in evolution has to at least theorize the fact that the monkey still exist and many different types of humans walk the earth today.
