I realize how little I know about American wines. And very little about Australian and Sout African ones also. A little about Italian and Spanish though (had a Ribera Del Duero recently that was a killer). Awaiting a bottle of Penfolds Grange from an Aussie friend of mine.
I haven't had much French/Italian/Spanish/etc wine.
Hope the Ripper Shiraz (Australia) is cheap and pretty good ... Penfolds makes good wine...and sometimes buy a Chilean Red (can't remember the name) that is pretty good and cheap.
Had some Spanish wine named AN at a restaurant in Vegas. It was delicious.
i always drink the cheap ones, i dont know any better lol
