4)i know it is ironic that i'm gonna say this but if you're trying to be a "fitness professional" then you should put on a fucking shirt  ( unless you are trying to be a niche' trainer who only appeals to homosexuals)
5 He's a "know it all" because it looks like he isn't selling anything so he is posting his vids just for the sake of showing how "smart" he is

I only watched a few minutes of the first vid, the fedora is nice, but has no place in this vid, nor does having his shirt off. Also, adding raisins or honey to oatmeal is a good substitute for sugar, and it's all natural.

hoepfully it didn't take him that long to figure out what I knew in college. Besides, foods can taste good and be good for you. There is a reason why we have taste buds and a high perception of sweet, sour, hot, etc. And then there are reasons why endorphins are sent to the brain because of the "taste good" factor.

But as I stated, dudes going to the playground who eat shit look better (on the outside) than a man who eats a strict diet. Now, he probably has lower cholesterol levels than they do.

1. Silly hats
2. Weird voice (a bit gay)
3. Annoying way of expressing himself / talking to the audience.

Good of him to try and enlighten the common man though.

I think he was trying to offer help to as much people as he could to start a good rep so his videos would get more viewers which obviously worked =)
