sayin that half rep shit is bullshit, obviously you never had any real size at all, when your that big it looks like your only doin half reps but they are actually stressing the muscle to full range of motion, any more or any less would cause a muscle tear.......when you have 22 inch arms and its all muscle you not gonna be able to move all up and all the way down like a 190 lb guy, thats full range for someone with gunz like that fella. When you get 22 inch arms maybe u see what im sayin, until then save that half rep shit for a 185 lb no size fucker.
