You should all try this

Eat only once in the morning (breakfast)

then take ECA 3 times a day (aspirin optional) 75mg ephedrine/day  600mg/caffeine/day

see what happens  ;)

That was sold as a supplement years back and I try it then, and I must say that it works. I used to take a half a dose and still got great results. Only drawback was slight difficulties with sleeping with such a mount of upper in your system, but those dreams I had make it worth it. I didn't even know how much porn I had in my subconscious ;D :o ;D
