yeah it's prety much year round... I took that picture last week so it's prety recent.... I haven't done cardio in few months now hence I'm "trying" to get more power.
But I do train very hard 5 days a week. I eat about 200g of protein a day from tuna and whatever beef, cottage cheese etc, then I eat about 300g of carbs a day from oatmeal/bred/fruits... i do eat junk at times.
Now days I think I train correctly, unlike when I started training, I train like dorian and ronnie, one hard set per excercise but I still love to do every basic move and the finishing excercises at once...
