whats your diet at this point? cardio?
My diet is very different this year. I guess because im so much more active i need more calories. I am eating close to 3000 this year as with years past id be lucky if i could eat 2000 and lose. I am currently doing no cardio and hoping i don't have to. Just bringing it all down very slow and trying to save as much muscle as possible. Hoping to be a LHW. Im eating about 2.5 lbs of meat and a day with just regular carb sources... oats, rice, potatos, nothing fancy.
