dudes, i am finally almost up to the 2 plate category when i am benching. (it's with the safety bar though that moves up and down , not flat bench presses.

but, i got a 45 and a 35 lb plate on each side. not bad, huh? best part is, i am pissing off dudes that are bigger, and when they are lifting, they moan and grunt like they are trying to show off.
