Humapro, Cell Tech etc.etc. It's all about nutrient timing and feeding your body when it needs it-not overfeeding it. Gregg Valintino has used only steroids in his biceps but I would argue that supplements played a bigger part in getting his muscles that full. His timing was off thus it could have gone either way-fat or buldgy lumpy muscles. Gregg, because of the athlete he is did not get fat but his muscles "over grew" themselves because of the flood of nutirents at THE WRONG TIME. Simple, Yes! Hard to Comprehend, also Yes!
