This is our new pro builder, Jari "The Bull" Mentula. His pro debut is going to be at the New York Pro 2009. Picture is few years old, so he would much bigger. There is also some rumors that Marko Savolainen is on his way for his second comeback with his new kidney, so 2010 we may have 2 guys in top 10 in mr Olympia

are you serious about Marco? It would be cool but he has some injuries.

As I say, regarding his own blog that is the case. At the moment he is gaining weight 1 to 2 lb per week, so something is going to happen. He just received a new kidney, so roasting that away with the juice isn't very bright thing to do, but in his own words, it is his life. Well, his and the organ donors life would be more correct answer, but anyway. Regarding what has been written in our magazines, he had a hereditary kidney condition, which get worse by high blood pressure via juicing and heavy training. Now, with a brand new kidney from some poor bastard, he think he can overcome that and be bigger than ever. I wish him best of luck, either for all contest coming up or just getting his priorities in right order

I choose that picture only because that typical impression on his face, he doesn't really look so bad. His genetics isn't optimal, but there has been much worse also, so it would be interesting to see how he is going to pull this trough. He is a great guy, and strong as hell. One high point in his career is a gold medal from year 2004 at the European bench press championship competition where he lift 310kg.

He has a best back at the time. He was a short guy, only 1,60 meter tall, but he did have lot of mass for his size. Died few years back, heart stroke etc.
