Are you proud to be an American?

I've been traveling across the country a lot the last few months.  I think am more proud of being an American then I've ever have been.  And its not because of its president, government etc..  It's because of the diversity and spirit of its people which was build on immigrants.


How do you feel?

Are you proud to be an American?

Yeah- but not as much as I used to be. I liked it a lot better when everyone hated us and was scared of us-- as opposed to now where everyone just hates us.

I think people are still very scared of us.  The perception might be, because of a pres like Obama, that they aren't but I guarantee you, piss us off and everyone shakes.  Just ask Syria.

I’m very proud to be an American because, although we’re not perfect, President Hussein tirelessly apologizes to the world on our behalf.
