lol well that is kind of a republican agenda, definitely not a liberal one. i guess more accurately i would have asked: "show me one liberal opinion or policy that obama supports that is anti-constitution in any way shape or form."

Yeah  >:(

*cough* COACH! *cough*

What I find funny about the tea parties, is that these people were absolutely silent while Bush was raping us. (Go to the Political Board and see for yourselves)  Suddenly Obama is elected, and within a month they're concerned about the way our country is being run, and they're suddenly aware of the rights that we're losing. WTF  ;D

I believe the constitution needs to be revised to fit modern times, but not by this president, cabinet and congress

We've advanced a lot, but human nature hasn't.  The constitution is just as modern today as it was in the seventeen hundreds.

the republican idiots in this country blab their mouths about how democrats love big government and want a "nanny state".  as if regulating banks and corporations somehow limits the rights of citizens.  ::)  republicans are the ones who favor legislation that interferes in the personal lives of people.. and that is the definition of big government and a "nanny state".

its really sad, the current state of politics

1. Requiring citizens to pay for products and or services that are beyond the scope of the powers of congress, i.e. health care.

2. Bailouts…congress has the power to spend money, they are given the power of the purse, not the president in any shape form or fashion.

3. Instituting a cap and trade system that puts a limit of production on small business.

4. Creating executive orders that take away the powers given to congress by the constitution…this seems to happen weekly.

5. Putting criminals of war in civilian court.

6. He has pushed for Supreme Court Justices to use empathy over justice

7. The appointment of czars…czars have power above the cabinet, above congress, they answer to no one but Obama…how can any American even begin to think this is not a violation of the constitution?

8. Seizing of private property and business

Thank you! Common sense!

Technology changes, the nature and heart of man does not. The idea that mas is so different now is nothing but arrogance and stupidity. History shows us that man makes the same mistakes over and over again and we're seeing some of those mistakes repeating themselves now.
