Not bad Swede, but you're open for a left cross all day long
"OK, all bullshit aside, Swede do you have a trainer or are you just fucking around. If you don't have a trainer and can't get one, spend some time boxing in the mirror and watch your form. Your hands are low, you pull your elbows back before you punch (projecting your punch), and moving your weight to far forward when you punch (leading with your face). Your body should be a coil, unleash you power from pushing your feet, not throwing you shoulders and hands. And don't square your body to the bag. There are are some very good beginner boxing videos at Ringside.com or Titleboxing.com. If I were your trainer I would not let you throw another punch other then left jab till you learned it. Single jab, double jab, triple jab, do it till your arm falls off, for a few weeks straight. Left hand on the speed bag only, to get your hand eye coordination down with your left.
Throwing a left jab: knees bent, leading with the left, pivot the left food, push with your right foot, rotate your hips, pushing your left hand straight out in front, rotate your left 45deg, return you elbow to you side as quickly as possible, with the left hand near your chin. (as best as I can describe it)"
