Man I need a new camera. I really am not that soft, I realize being pale as fuck isn't helping but fuck me. Well, the 15lbs of water I put on from stress/flying I guess really hurt. Dad been having BAD heart problems hence the trip. Never underestimate stress and it's impact on the human body.
Little bored here. Took these a few days ago while visiting my dad in phoenix. I have been dieting down and focusing on cardio in the hopes I can get to 195 for MMA. Strangely I was 209 when I woke up thurs morn, 215 when I left for phoenix and 222 that night! Fucking water weight. At the time I took these pics, friday the following day, I was exactly 222.5. Quite a bit of my definition was gone because I was holding so much damn water. Also majority of my weight is on my back and legs as you could tell from my last thread, my chest and arms are weak. Have been working on them though. At the time these were taken totally clean and haven't really been hitting any weights. Cals very low, 1800 or so. I've been around long enough, guess this won't hurt. Flame away.
