Who decides and on what criterion? Always experts out there who know everything. Those who made up the list have beliefs about exercise and that colours what they selected. Fads guide what many facilities offer. This fitness crap has been dominant for way too long. I dislike boxing, plastic balls, Pilates and other nonsense that shouldn't be in serious gyms.

You forgot most machines Vince. They do very little for athletisism and almost zero for mobility.
