It's called the "Jet d'eau". Geneva used to be a very clean quite enjoyable city though not really fun. Now, it's no longer like that, it's getting dirtier every day, courtesy of the eastern scum (Albanians, Serbs, etc...) that have grown in number there. Very boring city. bank services are great though. if you ever have business there, someof them can even serve you food while you wait and most of the big ones have "salons" with view on the lake. I'd never spend a week-end there now. Every time I have to go, I make sure it's on a friday and I take a flight the same day to Rome, spend the week end and back to Paris directly after.
