Bill Maher on Friday said Barack Obama's problem is "he's only half black." He'd be a better president "if he was fully black."

In the season premiere of HBO's "Real Time," while chatting with former Clinton labor secretary Robert Reich, the host said, "Isn't Obama's big problem is that he does everything half-assed? Maybe it's because he's only half black."

As if that wasn't enough, "There's a white man in him holding him back because everything is half-assed."

Obama's problem has nothing to do with his race, it has everything to do with his never having a worked a day in his life, being ignorant on most issues, inept in dealing w people, incompetent in implementing anything, idiotic in his pronouncements, impotent in projecting american strength, impish in standing up for american values, and otherwise just being your run of the mill far left marxist/socialist/progressive hack.

Much of this is true.  I think the fact he never had a real job and is arrogant are two of his biggest problems.  Has nothing to do with him being a Halfrican American.

I saw this last night, it was pretty funny. Maher's show can be hysterical and I'll watch his show every now and then for two reasons, it's funny and on this show the far-left will often say what they really mean. That said, I do think Maher is pretty much mostly an evil human being.

Did anyone else watch last night? He had Mark McKinnon on his panel, republican strategist, he was worse than Rove has been this wk and just sickened me.

I'm talking about Maher.  I don't consider him a smart guy at all.  A smart guy wouldn't have called the 911 terrorists courageous.  A smart guy wouldn't have made fun of Palin's disabled baby.  A smart guy wouldn't be a paranoid anti-religious extremist.
