LOL! Amazing. I was training there at that time. I also remember Lou. Funny thinking how I be doing so dumbbell curls and you could have been right next to my on the incline. Do you remember Dillet, Flex, Cormier and the whole posse? I didn't know who those guys were but Flex just seemed a hair short of perfect. Dillet was just jaw dropping. That's when and where I met my boyhood hero, Mike Mentzer.
