Some things make fun of themselves - That picture included! The Olympia as well as the 2011 Arnold will be trial runs for me. By the next contest I cover after that I want to learn the ropes and not make the same mistakes. Having my hand in my pocket while I interviewed Matt T is an example of a mistake I will not repeat next time. I also want to dress appropriately for the part and learn how to use my camera, etc. I am trying to complete my Olympia written review now and will post more about it then.

I always recalled that The True Adonis is around the same dimensions as I am and that always validated my build. "Validated" as in you can look amazing at 5'10-5'11 at 155-160. It truly that "David-esque" (to coin a term) ideal. Not everyone can achieve/appreciate that look
