Pathetic Excusses for Low Turnout: One Nation Rally
« on: October 03, 2010, 03:39:35 PM »
Based on the amount of trash left behind you would think a couple million people showed up at the One Nation rally Oct 2. Estimates have it in the 60,000 range, and although that is a decent size crowd to say the least, the fact that it is nowhere close to the numbers produced by the Restoring Honor rally on Aug. 28 and the fact that many who attended the Oct. 2 rally were forced to come, progressives are making excuses as to why their rally fell short in terms of numbers...and numbers signify a lot.

Ed Schultz complains that it's not a fair comparison since Beck has a larger TV audience, of course good ole Ed forgets that his rally had some 400 sponsors, I'm sorry ED, that is quite a large number of sponsors and the fact that even with that enormous amount of sponsors, only 60,000 showed up should be a sign that the progressive message is falling on deaf ear.

Who's going to get hyped about keeping the Dems from getting beat up next month? I mean, is he actually claiming that it's not a fair comparison, because Beck's radio and TV shows absolutely CRUSHED Shultz's shows?

Beck's rally had about FOUR TIMES as many people; yet, the folks there left the place nearly spotless. Reports cited that even the cops were surprised at how mellow the folks were.
