Dr. FIST Update Part 2

Greetings from the Cataract City where we bring you another update on the toughest S.O.B. to ever post on GetBig.  He brought a reality to all who post here and struck fear in the hearts of young and old.  He's getting his life back and is working out.  Here are some stats.  316 pounds with a 12% bodyfat level-CLEAN. Working out with weights and MMA for about 6 hours per day.  Eating clean right now but still partying on the Weekends.  Cutting down to about a pack of cigarettes a day.
