Until the housing market has hit bottom (likely a few years from now with the stop on foreclosures) we will not have hit the bottom of anything.  Once the American people feel confident in building wealth through their home, they will start to purchase goods as they have done in the past.  Until that happens we will continue to free fall.  It's a long road back.

Sadly - i truly believe we have at least 25% to 50% downward on housing prices.  until the average salary can afford the average home - prices will be out of whack.

Its just me? OK whatever I guess the fact that congress sets the budget is irrelevant. What exactly am I reduced to, you see I actually understand how the government works, I don't believe in some pie in the sky horse shit you see on TV.
